We have a role for the Salesforce OMS Role. We have 1 Position for Lead and 1 for Senior SF role. Experience - 7 years Location - Remote Requirement 1: JD lead for Salesforce OMS Lead: Resourcing Request Template Title/Role Salesforce OMS Lead PCC Technology: Salesforce Primary Skillset & Secondary Skillset Primary Skills: SF OMS, Salesforce Platform features (Configuration and Programming), i.e. Automations, Validation tools, Record Sharing & Security, Integration etc Secondary Skills: Java, Salesforce CLI (VS Code) Nice to have: Knowledge on SFCC Project Details/JD 1. Should have at least 7+ experience in SF domain lead solution design and architecture 1. Ability to navigate and negotiate through complex & difficult to deal with requirements and manage scope 1. Expert at advising and Implementing performance and security guidelines / improvements 1. Influence technology and design decisions at org level and with customers. 1. Architect Solution performance that satisfies and plan for scale, security, high availability and flexibility. 1. Understand complete business of the customer and ensure great customer experience. 1. Be proactive in highlighting risks and escalation management. 1. Manage / Mentor people to ensure successful delivery and growth opportunities. 1. Co-ordinate with other project streams and peers like Test Leads, DevOps, Tech Specialist and ensure overall success of the project. 1.
