Job Title: Workday Integrations Lead Consultant Minimum 8 years of relevant Workday / HCM Integration experience. This is a senior Individual Contributor role with enterprise-wide integration accountability across a global Workday landscape. The position focuses on requirement grooming, solution validation, integration oversight, and stakeholder alignment to ensure high-quality delivery across Global Time & Absence and third-party payroll integrations. Key Responsibilities: 1: Integration Solution Ownership Own end-to-end integration requirements for Workday HCM. Lead requirement discovery and grooming sessions with Global Process Owners and Delivery Leads. Translate business and payroll requirements into structured integration design inputs. Review and validate technical designs proposed by HRIT to ensure functional and compliance alignment. Plan and execute testing cycles, payroll parallel runs, and cutover readiness. 2: Time & Payroll Integration Governance Drive requirement definition for Workday Time & Absence integrations (Spica/Workforce/UKG /SDWorks) across countries. Drive projects involving third-party payroll integrations (ADP GlobalView / EY /SDWorks preferred) Ensure alignment with EU compliance standards and multi-country payroll complexity. Support impact assessments for system releases, enhancements, and regulatory changes. 3: Stakeholder & Delivery Interface Act as primary liaison between Global Process Owners, Technical teams, Enterprise IT, and Payroll vendors.
