34 years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, NLP, or Conversational AI roles, with production exposure. Strong programming skills in Python . Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn . Practical experience working with LLMs and modern NLP stacks , including: LangChain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) OpenAI APIs HuggingFace ecosystem Experience with Conversational AI systems , including: Natural Language Understanding (NLU) Natural Language Generation (NLG) Dialogue management Speech-to-text / text-to-speech processing Experience building chatbots or voice agents using platforms such as: Twilio VAPI Dialogflow WebRTC Proven experience building and integrating vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.).
