SAP Order to Cash Analyst

You will be responsible for enabling the business' efficient and effective use of the SAP S/4 environment as an IT Business Applications Analyst. Your role will involve providing day-to-day support, ongoing process improvement, and project resource allocation. Acting as a liaison between business areas and the IT organization, you will set customer expectations and effectively communicate with both business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: - Configure Order-to-Cash and/or Customer Service modules in SAP S/4 and other HANA business systems across various functional areas - Assist the user community in analyzing and defining their needs, solicit requirements, and create detailed specifications for programming - Manage your own work and ensure the successful completion of work by other analysts on projects or to handle their business areas workload - Pursue continuous education in technical and functional skills to support the business across multiple areas - Collaborate with outsourced resources on assigned tasks and provide potential solutions to complement defined directions by senior analysts - Partner with the business to enhance the use of enterprise systems and support the needs of Advanced Energy - Provide quality solutions designed, tested, and implemented with quality in mind - Define and improve internal processes with management and the team - Develop and deliver quality training on systems and solutions with Senior Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, and Business Owners Qualifications Required: - Experience/expertise in mapping business processes and the use of tools like MS Visio - Effective communication skills with all levels of the organization - Ability to build successful partnerships with Subject Matter Experts and Business Owners - Advanced problem-solving skills while balancing speed and risk - Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and ability to drive results - Ability to solve important business problems through technical expertise - Mastery of current technical knowledge and best practices - Establish good give & take or win/win relationships - Involve stakeholders in defining problems and identifying the best solutions - Help others embrace change by tailoring interpersonal approaches and styles appropriately - Adaptability to changing priorities and working in a fast-paced, demanding environment Additional Company Details: You will work in a standard office environment using standard office equipment, both in team and individual settings. Weekend work and overtime may be necessary. Up to 25% travel, including domestic and international trips, may be required for projects. Experience: Essential: - 3+ years of configuration experience in SAP S/4 with knowledge of multiple SAP modules - Business process knowledge in a manufacturing environment, including MRP, Purchasing, materials management, service sales, distribution functions, forecasting (IBP), and accounting Desirable: - Experience with SAP Enterprise Data Warehouse - Experience with Global Trade System - Previous experience in Advanced Energy or a similar industry Education: Essential: - Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Information Systems, or equivalent education and/or experience Desirable: - Coursework in ERP Systems and system analysis - PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification You will be responsible for enabling the business' efficient and effective use of the SAP S/4 environment as an IT Business Applications Analyst.
