About the role
Role Overview: As a Senior Java Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot. Your expertise in Microservices architecture, Apache Kafka, and AWS will be crucial in building enterprise-grade applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure code quality through best practices, troubleshoot application performance, and contribute to technical decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot - Build and implement Microservices architecture for enterprise-grade applications - Develop and manage asynchronous communication using Apache Kafka - Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS cloud platform - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product teams - Ensure code quality through best practices, including code reviews and unit testing - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance - Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical decisions Qualification Required: - 710 years of strong hands-on experience in Java development - Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture - Experience with Apache Kafka or similar messaging systems - Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) - Strong understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems - Experience with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Additional Details: The company offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud and microservices technologies in a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
