UX/UI Designer

Position: UI/UX Designer Experience: 3+ Years Qualification: MCA or B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology (Minimum 65% marks or CGPA 6.5/10) Location: Delhi Notice Period: 0-15 days (immediate joiners preferred) Work Arrangement: On-site (Work from Office/Client Location) About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences for web applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into engaging and functional user interfaces. Key Responsibilities Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and development teams. Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Design visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for web applications. Apply user-centred design principles and Design Thinking methodologies throughout the design process. Ensure consistency in visual design, branding, and user experience across platforms. Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements. Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and responsive design best practices. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Required Qualifications MCA or B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering or Information Technology from a reputed institution. Minimum 65% marks or CGPA 6.5 (on a scale of 10). Essential Skills Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles. Proficiency in User-Centred Design, Interaction Design, and Design Thinking methodologies. Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and interactive prototypes. Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Inkscape, or equivalent. Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-platform UI consistency. Familiarity with accessibility standards and usability guidelines. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage. Experience Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Web UI/UX Design.
