The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in ReactJS, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to mentor developers while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Lead the frontend development team using ReactJS. Design and implement scalable frontend architecture. Develop responsive user interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs. Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards. Mentor junior developers and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualification MCA or B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology with a minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.5 from a reputed institution. Essential Skills Strong expertise in ReactJS. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with state management libraries. REST API integration experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong command of English (Reading, Writing & Speaking). Preferred Skills Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
