Job Title: Product Owner Department: Product Management Reports To: Product Manager Location: Remote Required Experience: 5-8 years of overall IT experience Minimum 3 years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Analyst in an Agile environment Minimum 3 years of experience in US Healthcare Experience working with cross-functional Agile development teams Experience managing product backlogs and delivering enterprise software products About the Role We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the execution and delivery of our In-Home Health Assessment (IHA) Platform . The IHA platform supports the complete operational lifecycle including: Member outreach Appointment scheduling Nurse workflows Clinical assessments Coding Quality Measures Risk Adjustment Care Management Digital Engagement Enterprise Administration The Product Owner will work closely with business stakeholders, operations, engineering, QA, UX, and Product Management to translate business objectives into well-defined product requirements, prioritize development work, and ensure successful delivery of business value. Responsibilities : Product Backlog Management Own and maintain the product backlog. Prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and organizational priorities. Ensure backlog items are clearly defined, refined, and ready for development. Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term product objectives. Requirements & Product Definition Conduct requirement workshops with business and operational teams. Translate business needs into Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria. Define business rules, workflows, process diagrams, and functional specifications. Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive user experiences. Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned with business objectives. Agile Delivery Own Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and feature prioritization. Support daily Scrum activities by clarifying requirements and resolving questions. Participate in Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives. Work closely with Engineering and QA throughout the development lifecycle. Manage dependencies, scope changes, and release planning. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison between Business, Operations, Engineering, and Product Management. Facilitate discussions to resolve competing priorities and align stakeholders. Provide regular updates on delivery progress, risks, and upcoming releases. Ensure business expectations are aligned with product delivery timelines. Quality & Release Management Review completed features to ensure they meet business expectations. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation. Prioritize production defects and enhancement requests. Monitor feature adoption and gather feedback for future improvements. Business Initiatives Support delivery across strategic IHA initiatives including: Quality Only Visits (QOV) Digital Engagement Omnichannel Communication Continuity of Care Care Management Member Self-Service AI Automation CarePoint Enhancements Enterprise Application (EA) Portal Enhancements Required Skills : Must Have Strong knowledge of US Healthcare workflows Agile Product Ownership Product Backlog Management User Story and Acceptance Criteria writing Stakeholder Management Requirement elicitation and process mapping Sprint Planning and Agile ceremonies Excellent communication and facilitation skills Preferred Medicare Advantage Medicaid Risk Adjustment HEDIS / Star Measures Care Management Population Health Provider workflows EMR/EHR integrations Digital Health platforms AI-enabled healthcare solutions Tools Azure DevOps (Preferred) Jira Confluence Visio / Lucidchart Miro Microsoft Office Suite Power BI (basic understanding) Success Measures : Sprint commitments achieved consistently Well-maintained and prioritized product backlog High-quality requirements with minimal development rework Timely delivery of product releases Stakeholder satisfaction Reduced production defects due to requirement gaps Successful execution of strategic initiatives Improved operational efficiency through delivered product capabilities How to Apply?
