Job Purpose: Ensure that schedules are released to suppliers (BOM, Non-BOM) and ensure timely supply of all required material in the plant so that delivery to customers can happen OTIF, ensuring loop completion as per schedule Principal Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities: 1. Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring  Do the monthly MRP and ASN Run & data Preparation.  Prepare the Daily Dispatch Plan.  Monitor the Production Plan vs. Actual and take action to ensure adherence to schedules  Prepare Supplier schedule Plan vs Actual Summary (including job work) 2. Material Management  Review on hold/NC Material and ensure appropriate action is taken e.g., timely clearance.  Monitor FG Stock at Advik and trigger/ follow-up for supplies from Sintered, Sheet metal, Plastic, Machining & Rubber Suppliers.  Review of Critical Parts on a daily basis (check in stores) & follow-up with Sintered, Sheet metal, Plastic, Machining & Rubber Suppliers for timely supply (as per schedule)  Ensure material availability in Assy/Machine Shop 3. Die/ tools Life monitoring at supplier end  Monitor the completion of useful life  Ensure that the old dies / tools are taken back for appropriate disposal  Provision of new Die/tools with SIR Clearance. 4. CAPA management  Provide CAPA for Line Loss due to No Material.
