Senior Principal Designer - HVAC (CAD/BIM)

Performs complex BIM or Plant Data Centric assignments involving the use of multiple application platforms, such as Revit, Intergraph SmartPlant, Plant 3D, etc. software, to achieve set results and deadlines. Duties and Responsibilities Works under general direction. Responsible for providing leadership and direction of specific BIM technologies to assigned project teams. Develops technical solutions to wide range of difficult problems. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Perform complex assignments involving the use of multiple application platforms and complex systems including Revit software to achieve set results and deadlines. Minimum Requirements Engineer should have knowledge of Fire Fighting system like Hydrant system,Sprinkler system, Fire Zoning, Fire Extinguishers and Clean agent etc
