PHE/Fire CAD Engineer

‍ Role: PHE/Fire CAD Engineer Location: Bangalore Experience: 5+ years Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or relevant discipline Software Skills: AutoCAD, REVIT, and Navisworks etc ‍ Must Have Experience Handling large scale corporate/ residential /commercial projects. ‍ Job Description Drafting & Design: Develop detailed PHE and fire protection drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software. Prepare layouts for plumbing, drainage, rainwater harvesting, firefighting, and gas supply systems. Ensure designs comply with relevant local and international codes (e.g., NFPA, NBC, IPC). Create coordinated MEP drawings, integrating PHE/fire systems with HVAC and electrical services. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with MEP engineers to interpret and translate design concepts into working drawings. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines for seamless integration of services. Quality Control & Compliance Review and revise drawings based on engineer feedback, client requirements, and site conditions. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all drafting work.
