About the role
As a Data Scientist at our company, you will be responsible for analyzing trends and making data-driven decisions to improve business outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating propensity models, customer segmentations, uplift models, campaign response models, risk, and fraud detection models - Integrating models with business processes and consuming systems using ML Ops processes - Developing processes to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience of 12+ years as a Data Scientist - Post Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Econometrics, or MBA with a ML/DS focus - Knowledge of SQL and R or Python; familiarity with Scala & SPARK is an asset - Experience in machine learning, optimization, statistical and data mining techniques Additionally, you should exhibit the following desired personal qualities or behaviors: - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Strong commitment to professional development - Process-oriented and excellent time management skills - Ability to adapt to new situations and solve problems effectively - Good organizational, communication, and presentation skills This job is a great opportunity for someone who is highly analytical, enjoys working with data, and is passionate about driving business decisions through data-driven insights.
