Responsibilities: Build AI systems that power Aeria's smart building intelligence from predictive analytics and anomaly detection to LLM-driven natural language interfaces (NLI) that let users interact with dashboards and apps conversationally.Lead the design of dynamic, modular analytics dashboards generated by AI, transforming how property managers visualize data.Architect scalable MLOps pipelines that continuously learn from usage patterns across large tenant ecosystems.Mentor a small, high-impact AI team that blends data science, backend, and product engineering.Partner with product and design to integrate AI insights directly into the user journey, making buildings truly responsive. Requirements: Have 5-10 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or backend systems.Are hands-on with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and modern LLM frameworks.Love bridging technical depth with product experience.Are data-driven, curious, and thrive in zero-to-one environments.Can turn messy data into delightful, intuitive interfaces.Bonus: PropTech, IoT, or smart-building experience earns you bragging rights.
