This role is ideal for someone who can work closely with business stakeholders, understand requirements, conduct workshops, document functional designs, and support successful ServiceNow implementations. Location: Noida / Remote Role: ServiceNow Functional Consultant Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Interested candidates can share their resumes at: - Subject: Application ServiceNow Business Analayst Key Responsibilities - Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. - Conduct requirement workshops and convert business needs into functional specifications. - Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and requirement traceability documents. - Support solution design across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, IRM, TPRM, and SecOps . - Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and project managers during implementation. - Support configuration validation, UAT, defect triage, and release readiness. - Ensure solutions are aligned with ServiceNow best practices and customer business processes. - Provide functional guidance to delivery teams and customer stakeholders. Required Skills - Strong functional understanding of the ServiceNow platform. - Good knowledge of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog. - Exposure to ITOM , including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. - Understanding of IRM / GRC , Risk, Compliance, Controls, Audit, and Issues Management. - Knowledge of TPRM / Vendor Risk Management processes. - Exposure to SecOps , Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, or related security workflows. - Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills .
