Responsibilities: Partner with Product Managers and the Machine Learning team to define and align engineering vision and roadmap Mentor and coach a team of talented engineers fostering a culture of openness, collaboration and personal growth Own the engineering architecture of the product, providing technical leadership to the team Execute on the proposed timeline with speed, delivering a high-quality product, clearly communicating milestones as well as risk You Must Have: You have a total of 7+ years You have 3+ years of serving in an engineering management or technical leadership role You have 4+ year s experience building well-designed software with Python You have a BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent You have excellent project management and communication skills You are an empathetic, self-aware leader who is invested in the growth of the team members
