Role Overview As an Associate AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building, optimizing, and deploying AI-driven applications. You will work at the intersection of computer vision, robotics, and machine learning, taking ownership of data pipelines, model optimization, and product integration. This is an incredible opportunity to work on end-to-end AI products and see your code interact with the physical world. Key Responsibilities Robotic Application Development: Assist in designing, developing, and testing software for robotic systems. Integrate AI models (such as object detection or path planning) with robotic middleware (e.g., ROS/ROS2) and hardware interfaces. AI Model Training & Optimization: Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models. Optimize models for real-time inference, edge computing, and resource-constrained environments using frameworks like TensorRT, OpenVINO, or ONNX. Data Preparation & Pipeline Management: Own the data lifecycle. Clean, preprocess, and augment structured and unstructured data (images, video, sensor data). Implement efficient data pipelines to ensure high-quality inputs for training. AI Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into scalable, production-ready software products. Participate in code reviews, write clean and maintainable code, and contribute to system architecture discussions.
