Your main responsibilities will include: - Driving the modernization of AGFA's HRIS landscape and integrating it effectively. - Leading the evolution and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors to meet changing business needs by collaborating with HR and IT teams. - Designing and leading the building of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems. - Providing expert support to the HR team on the use, evolution, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules. - Resolving complex incidents to ensure seamless operation of HR business operations and SAP SuccessFactors. - Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with HR and IT teams. - Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, along with excellent presentation skills. - Proven track record of at least 2 successful SAP SuccessFactors implementations of Employee Central and OnBoarding. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting, with a strong focus on Employee Central. - Experience with modules such as Learning, Compensation, Performance & Goals is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design effective solutions. - SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) is a plus.
