Desktop Support Engineer

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to computer users within the company. This includes setting up new computers, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring all systems are running smoothly. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory of computer equipment and assisting with network troubleshooting. Key responsibilities: - Install and configure computer hardware and software - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions - Maintain and update inventory of computer equipment - Assist with network troubleshooting and setup Required skills and expectations: - 1-7 years of experience in desktop support - Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Good communication skills - Willingness to work full time and in an office setting Male candidates are preferred for this position.
