Drive the adoption of microservices architecture , event-driven systems , and REST APIs . Provide technical leadership across projects, guiding teams in best practices and modern engineering approaches. Work hands-on with Java (functional programming) or Scala , along with Python , to deliver high-quality solutions. Collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Ensure application performance, reliability, and security using modern DevOps and CI/CD practices.
