About the internship Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Design, manage, and optimize MySQL databases using Sequelize ORM. Build and enhance backend modules for hiring workflows, payments, user management, task management, and notifications. Implement authentication and authorization systems using JWT and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Integrate third-party APIs and external services. Debug issues, improve application performance, and optimize database queries. Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and founders to deliver product features. Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices. Contribute to product architecture discussions and feature planning.
