Additionally, you will specify the full integration contract, define failure modes explicitly, and contribute to API design discussions. Your role will also involve reading SQL, stored procedures, and logs during production triage, identifying root cause patterns, and driving UAT and sign-off with US-based enterprise clients and partner teams. You will use AI tools extensively to accelerate spec drafting, mapping, and analysis workflows, and maintain data dictionaries, integration documentation, and partner onboarding playbooks. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end integration requirements - Translate API contracts, external system specs, and partner data formats into precise documents - Define validation rules, data type constraints, nullability, and transformation logic - Specify the full integration contract including authentication flows and error handling - Define failure modes explicitly and contribute to API design discussions - Read SQL, stored procedures, and logs during production triage - Drive UAT and sign-off with US-based enterprise clients and partner teams - Use AI tools extensively to accelerate spec drafting, mapping, and analysis workflows - Maintain data dictionaries, integration documentation, and partner onboarding playbooks Qualifications Required: - CS/CE/IT degree or similar - 37 years BA experience in SaaS with at least 2 years on integrations, APIs, or data exchange projects - Fluent with REST/SOAP APIs and able to specify integration contracts from scratch - Hands-on experience with data mapping, validation rules, transformation logic, and exception handling - Ability to read SQL and stored procedures well enough to trace data lineage and investigate production issues - Strong agile delivery experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills - Tools: Jira/ADO, Confluence, Lucid chart/draw.io, Postman, Excel In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, it would be nice to have experience in US healthcare or healthcare insurance domains, background in behavioral health, exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architectures, familiarity with .NET/SQL Server stack, and understanding of HIPAA and PHI handling for healthcare integrations.
