DevOps Lead / DevOps Architect

Job Title : DevOps Lead / DevOps Architect Experience: 10+ Years Location: Pune (Work from Office) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced DevOps Lead / Architect with 10+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing scalable DevOps platforms and cloud-native infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Kubernetes, Ansible, Helm Charts, Grafana, and scripting, along with hands-on experience in CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, and container orchestration. CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) certification is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain scalable and highly available DevOps infrastructure. Architect and manage Kubernetes-based container platforms for production environments. Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible. Create, manage, and maintain Helm Charts for Kubernetes application deployments. Monitor application and infrastructure health using Grafana and other monitoring tools. Develop automation scripts using Shell, Bash, or Python. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline software delivery. Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) and ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance. Define DevOps best practices, standards, and governance across projects. Mentor and guide DevOps engineers and support technical decision-making. Required Skills 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong DevOps expertise. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration and architecture. Strong knowledge of Ansible for configuration management and automation. Experience in creating and managing Helm Charts. Hands-on experience with Grafana for monitoring and visualization. Strong scripting skills in Shell/Bash and preferably Python. Experience with Linux system administration. Good understanding of container technologies such as Docker. Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Experience with Git version control systems. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform is preferred. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of Prometheus, ELK Stack, ArgoCD, or FluxCD. Experience in security best practices for Kubernetes environments. Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud-native applications. Mandatory Qualification Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification is mandatory. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
