Full Stack Lead

Job Title: Full Stack Lead Location : Pune Experience : 810 Years Employment Type : Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Full Stack Lead to join our engineering team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web application development. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, architecture design, mentoring team members, and delivering scalable, high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications. Architect and implement scalable backend services using Node.js. Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js and Next.js. Drive technical decisions, code reviews, and best engineering practices. Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices. Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. Mentor and guide developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile development activities. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Required Technical Skills Frontend Strong experience with Next.js Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture and state management Backend Strong hands-on experience with Node.js Experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices Knowledge of scalable and distributed application architectures Databases Hands-on experience with MongoDB PostgreSQL InfluxDB Testing Quality Strong experience with Jest for unit testing Hands-on experience with Cypress for end-to-end testing Understanding of test automation frameworks and quality engineering practices DevOps Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git) Preferred Skills Working knowledge of C++ Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Leadership Expectations Lead and mentor a team of developers. Drive technical discussions and architectural decisions. Ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and distributed teams.
