Responsibilities: Conduct workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to gather and document current business requirements. Benchmark the current CPQ implementation. Analyze and map complex business processes from beginning to end. Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for the development team. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and AI. Create user stories, process flows, and use cases. Collaborate with the development and business teams to ensure the solution meets business requirements. Requirements Qualifications: Experience as a Business or System Analyst in a technology or software environment. Familiarity with salesforce quotes configuration (CPQ) concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Salesforce RCA is a plus.
