IT Lead

As an Infrastructure Lead at Agnikul Cosmos, your role will involve overseeing and managing network and CCTV surveillance systems across the organization. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and leading a team to ensure high availability, security, and scalability of all infrastructure systems. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage network and CCTV engineering teams, serving as the single point of ownership for all infrastructure systems. - Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, including switching, routing, firewalls, wireless, and security systems. - Oversee large-scale IP surveillance systems (500+ cameras), including VMS/NVR platforms, storage, and video retention. - Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and redesign initiatives in alignment with business growth. - Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and security across network and surveillance environments. - Drive automation, monitoring, and proactive troubleshooting, including L3/L4 support and root cause analysis. - Design scalable solutions, evaluate technologies/vendors, and prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and architecture diagrams. - Manage cross-functional coordination with internal teams, vendors, and OEMs, while ensuring documentation, SOPs, and compliance standards. Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls) and IP CCTV/VMS platforms. - Solid knowledge of ONVIF, RTSP, H.264/H.265, fiber networks, PoE, structured cabling, and storage/retention systems. - Experience with network security, monitoring tools, and performance optimization (automation/scripting is a plus). - Proven ability to manage and mentor teams, demonstrating strong ownership and decision-making skills. - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and handling critical incidents. - Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. - Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, CCTV/VMS are preferred. - Experience in multi-site or large-scale infrastructure environments is an advantage.
