Senior Data Analyst - Python and SQL Expert

As a member of Agoda's Supply Equity Platform (SEP) team in Bangkok, you will be responsible for managing complex analytics processes and algorithms to ensure their smooth operation. Your role will involve identifying root causes and debugging issues when necessary. Additionally, you will use and analyze data from multiple large-scale data warehouses, understanding data flows across the entire organization. The projects you work on will directly impact Agoda's bottom line and have long-lasting structural effects on the business. You will collaborate with various departments to produce high-quality results backed by experimentation and data. Key Responsibilities: - Manage complex analytics processes and algorithms to ensure smooth operation - Identify root causes and debug issues as needed - Use and analyze data from large-scale data warehouses - Understand data flows across the organization - Collaborate with multiple departments to produce high-quality results Qualifications Required: - Experience in big data cleaning, wrangling, and simple analytical processing (SQL is a must) - 3 years of working experience in Python for data analysis - Basic understanding of statistics and data implementation in complex business situations - Ability to visualize and understand complex data flows, pipelines, and processes - Hacker's mindset with the ability to build simple and elegant solutions within constraints - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a quantitative discipline with extensive programming experience As an equal opportunity employer, Agoda values diversity and inclusion.
