About the role
Educational/Qualified Qualification- B.Arch. (Bachelor of Architecture) He will creatively visualise what Management and client want from a Township project and bring that visualization to reality on the ground with the help of design / landscape consultant. Key Responsibilities: 1- Conceptual Planning Initial understanding of the project 2- Project Mapping Detailed brief of the project by drawing for onsite execution 3- Client & Head office meeting Explaining the project in detail for the better understanding. 4- Site Visit : On site inspection , finding flaws/mistakes if any and correction 5- Support in selection of construction / development materials and coordination with vender in regard to details specification of materials. 6- Coordination with consultants in analyzation of Road MEP and landscape drawings and details. 7- Review of landscape drawings details and support to construction team in implementation of green development.
