About the role
Purpose of the Role The DGM Process Excellence & Digital Integration SME will be part of the Lithium-Ion Cell Manufacturing Launch Integration Team, responsible for driving process excellence from equipment design through commissioning and ramp-up. The role will focus on built-in quality, yield improvement, OEE enhancement, and data-driven digital integration across manufacturing systems. Key Responsibility Areas Launch Integration & Process Excellence Feedback Integration (FAT, IQ, OQ & PQ) Digitalization & Integration Yield Improvement (Launch Focus) OEE Improvement Continuous Improvement & Capability Building Change Management & Governance Operational Readiness & Handover Performance Tracking & Leadership Reporting Knowledge Generic Encourage close teamwork between all functions (Engineering, PMO, Commercial, Quality Management & Operation team) Must have 15 plus years of experience in mass production lines with high end automation. Must be Six-Sigma Certified Black Belt. Deep knowledge of process validation lifecycle (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ) and feedback integration into improvement projects Job Context Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical, or Electronics engineering, or relevant demonstrable field experience.
