About the role
Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks. Manage and maintain servers (Windows/Linux), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies. Administer firewall policies, VPN configurations, and endpoint security solutions. Handle IT infrastructure operations including server rooms, UPS, structured cabling, and CCTV/access systems. Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT assets. Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and network diagrams. Ensure compliance with IT policies and support audits as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in networking and IT infrastructure management. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing & switching, and firewall management. Experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V). Familiarity with backup solutions, antivirus/endpoint management, and O365 administration.
