Department : Chemical Technology Division Summary : We are looking for a passionate and forward-thinking professional with a background in Chemistry (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or Textile Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) to join our team focused on innovation, sustainability, and new product development within the textile industry. The ideal candidate will contribute to developing eco-friendly chemical and dye solutions, innovative processing methods, and sustainable approaches in textile treatment and finishing. Candidates with experience in technical sales or marketing in the textile chemical domain will also be considered. Qualification : BS.c/M.Sc. in Organic or Analytical Chemistry, B.Tech/M.tech (Textile) Experience : 2 to 5 Years Skills Required : Technical Skills: Textile chemical processing (pretreatment, dyeing, printing, finishing) Sustainable low-impact processing (CPB, low-energy mercerization, wet processing) Binder chemistry solid content formulation Product development in topical chemical applications PDPS emerizing techniques Grey fabric processing improvements Sustainability Focus Eco-friendly chemical innovation Sustainable textile chemistry Energy- and water-efficient process design Analytical Innovation Skills Product formulation RD Process optimization Innovative mindset with environmental focus
