Experience: 5 to 8 years SDET (Level II) Location: Pune-Hybrid (Near Pune Station) About the Role - We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer QA Automation with strong technical expertise and a passion for quality engineering. - The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks, collaborate closely with development teams, and drive quality assurance best practices across the product lifecycle. - This is a role ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience and are ready to take ownership of automation initiatives end-to-end. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in software QA and automation testing. - Solid programming skills in Java, Python for test automation. - Expertise with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, REST - Assured. - Strong understanding of API testing, CI/CD integration, and version control (Git). - Working knowledge of test management tools (Jira, TestRail). - Familiarity with cloud-based test execution platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, AWS - Device Farm) - Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices. Preferred Skills - Experience with Performance Testing. - Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized testing environments. - Knowledge of security and accessibility testing principles. - Experience in AI-driven or self-healing test automation frameworks.
