About Aignosis: Aignosis has built India's rst CDSCO-approved AI-based autism screening tool incubated at IIMA & AIIMS Delhi, WTFund-backed, and featured on Shark Tank India S4. We're an AI-rst company, and we're hiring a CTO to own our technology end-to-end and lead the team that builds it. The Role: You'll be the technical owner ofeverything Aignosis ships setting architecture and AI strategy, making the build calls, and hiring/leading the engineering team. This is a hands-on-to-hands-off leader who can go deep on the AI, stand up the platform around it, and be accountable for reliability, security, and speed ofshipping in a fast-moving startup. You are AI-rst you understand modern AI not as a buzzword but as something you've actually put into production, and you know the real-world gap between a demo and a product people rely on. Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of engineering experience with a track record of shipping real products (not just prototypes)Startup experience you've built in a resource-constrained, fast-iterating, early-stage (01 / 110) environment Hands-on AI/ML in production you've deployed models into a live product and dealt with data pipelines, evaluation, latency, and failure modesFull-stack platform architecture you can architect and lead delivery of web apps, mobile, dashboards, and APIs Third-party integration uency payment gateways, messaging APIs, e-sign, scheduling, CRM Sound security & data-privacy instincts you build responsibly with sensitive data from Day 1 Leadership you can hire, mentor, and set direction for a small team, and communicate clearly with non-technical co-founders and clinical stakeholders On-site in Jaipur Good-to-Have Skills: Computer vision, video, or speech/audio ML experience Marketplace or ntech payment-splitting / payout architecture experience Healthtech / medical-device / regulated-industry experience (CDSCO, SaMD, HIPAA, DPDP) a real plus, but not required; you can ramp on this with our clinical and regulatory partners Clinical / diagnostic AI and human-in-the-loop review systems LLM-based tooling and RAG for product features or internal automationPrior CTO / founding-engineer / tech-lead title at a startup How to Apply: Send your CV + a short note to jobs@aignosis.in (subject: "CTO [Your Name]") or call 9261201154.
