Webmethods Developer

ob description We are seeking an experienced Webmethods Developer with a strong background in integration technologies and messaging protocols. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise integration solutions using Software AG s Webmethods suite . This role requires expertise in APIs, messaging, and integration patterns, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Webmethods components (Integration Server, Designer, Universal Messaging, etc.). Develop and maintain APIs and services using SOAP and REST protocols. Work with XML and JSON data formats for communication and transformation. Implement and manage messaging solutions using JMS and MQ protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both production and non-production environments. Create and maintain technical documentation including integration flows, design specifications, and support procedures. Required Skills & Experience: Strong expertise in Webmethods Integration Server and Designer . Proficient in developing SOAP/REST web services . Solid experience with XML and JSON data formats. Hands-on experience with JMS and MQ messaging protocols . Good understanding of enterprise integration patterns and best practices. Experience in performance tuning and optimization of integration solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Software AG s API Gateway and Universal Messaging . Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies . Webmethods certification is a plus.
