Role Description We're looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead to drive the quality strategy for our casino games and platform from development to release. You will lead the automation vision, establish scalable testing frameworks, and ensure every game delivers a reliable, stable, and seamless player experience across desktop and mobile. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about building world-class automation frameworks, improving engineering quality, and raising the overall testing standards of the studio. Key Responsibilities Lead the QA automation strategy for games and platform from development to production.Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, API, and backend testing.Guide and mentor QA Automation Engineers through the complete software development lifecycle.Review and improve automated test suites to ensure reliability, maintainability, and high test coverage.Work closely with Game Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality releases.Continuously improve automation frameworks, testing processes, CI/CD integration, and engineering standards.Ensure games and platform features are thoroughly validated across browsers, devices, operating systems, and mobile platforms.Stay updated with the latest automation technologies, AI-assisted testing tools, and industry best practices.Requirements 7+ years of experience in Software QA with significant experience in Automation Engineering.Experience as a QA Automation Lead, Senior Automation Engineer, or Technical QA Lead.Strong expertise in Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, REST Assured, or similar automation frameworks.Excellent programming skills in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or C#.Experience building scalable automation frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.Strong understanding of API testing, backend testing, databases, and distributed systems.Experience leading and mentoring QA teams.Good understanding of HTML5 applications, mobile platforms, and modern web technologies.Nice to Have Experience in the iGaming or online casino industry.Experience with performance automation and AI-assisted testing tools.Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and microservices.Familiarity with modern observability and test reporting platforms.What You'll Achieve Build highly scalable automation frameworks supporting rapid game development.Raise the overall quality and automation maturity across the studio.Lead and inspire a high-performing QA Automation team.Deliver reliable, production-ready games through comprehensive automated testing.
