Role Description This is a full time onsite role for a Gen AI / LLM Backend Developer. The developer will design, implement, and maintain backend systems that leverage generative AI and large language models. Responsibilities include developing, optimizing, and deploying AI/LLM-based services, integrating APIs, ensuring scalability and security, and troubleshooting system issues. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that align with business goals will also be a key component of this role. Qualifications Strong expertise in backend development using programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.jsExperience with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) technologiesProficiency in designing and integrating APIs for seamless integration of AI/ML componentsUnderstanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architectureKnowledge of data pipelines, distributed systems, and database managementStrong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills for backend systemsAbility to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a globally distributed teamBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldExperience with MLOps and tools for deploying AI/ML models is a plusPrior experience in developing AI-driven or data-centric software solutions is an advantage Company Description AIMLEAP is a global AI-powered technology consulting firm with over 14 years of experience in developing innovative solutions for digital transformation.
