About the role
Location: Kochi/Bangalore Experience: 8+ years We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead (MEAN Stack) to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the MEAN stack, experience leading development teams, and the ability to drive technical decisions while ensuring high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript. - Guide and mentor developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and best practices. - Design scalable RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. - Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and performance optimization. - Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements. - Oversee application deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture. - Manage production support, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure system reliability. - Drive Agile development practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills - Robust expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, and Angular. - Experience in REST API development and third-party API integration. - Proficiency in Git, unit testing (Jest/Jasmine), Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices. Compensation: 100,000.00 - 150,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
