Department:Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence: Internship Program (Title):Research and Benchmark State of the art technologies in Computer Vision. Main responsibilities:Do research and exploration on the state of the art techniques related to one of segmentation, object detection, object tracking, 3d reconstruction, depth estimation, document extraction, camera calibration, etc and benchmark them against Airbus reference data. Adapt and integrate the state of the techniques to Airbus internal framework for computer vision. Main activities: Following Tasks are involved in performing the job. Understand the various SOTA techniques available in specific topics related to Computer Vision. Run these algorithms and verify their performance on open source data sets. Benchmark the algorithms on Airbus specific data. Integrate some of these algorithms into the inhouse framework for Computer Vision. Skills: Technical skills: Must Have - Programming skills in Python and C++. - Knowledge of Computer Vision - Basic understanding of Linear Algebra - Basic understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning. - Experienced with Miniforge, VSCode, Git, etc on Windows and Linux. Soft skills: Team spirit is a must, Agile, adaptable, is challenging the status-quo; Open mindset, think out of the box; Specialization/Stream: Good knowledge and working skills in software development and AI/ML based computer vision techniques.
