ITOPS Lead - Analytics

Role Overview: Are you passionate about IT, experienced in software development techniques, operations management, and extracting insights from data to improve supply chain processes Airbus is on a digital transformation journey to prepare the company for the future, and they are seeking an ITOPS Lead - Analytics & Data Product to join their team in Bangalore, India. As the ITOPS Lead - Analytics, you will be responsible for performing the roles and responsibilities of an IT Operations Manager in the ERP CoE Logistics and Planning Team based in Bangalore, requiring strong collaboration with global Airbus teams. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the applications effectively throughout their lifecycle, ensuring business continuity and compliance with regulations. - Define and maintain service and product line descriptions, SLAs, OLA contracts, and KPIs in agreement with the product manager. - Perform ITIL-based support processes including incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management. - Lead the application team and manage stakeholders such as customers and user communities. - Conduct deep root cause analysis, propose service improvements, retire obsolete applications, and evolve existing applications. - Ensure the provisioning of new software packages and upgrades. - Monitor, report, and manage SLA fulfillment, taking mitigation actions in case of non-fulfillment. - Manage maintenance cost allocation and perform service management including incident management and maintaining documentation. Qualifications Required: - Graduate with 8-10 years of experience in Native HANA Development. - Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development and SAP ABAP development. - Experience with code versioning, performance monitoring on SAP HANA, HANA Objects, data visualization, and other analytics or data products tools. - Expertise in areas such as data compliance, export control, DevOps, security, sustainable IT, and architecture standards. - Knowledge of IT & Business Strategy, budget acquisition, managing requirements, understanding business processes, and service management.
