Lead IAM Fullstack DotNet Developer

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer within Airbus Customer Services Digital organization, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and delivery of robust software solutions for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. Your key responsibilities will include: - Full-Stack Development: Designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable .NET Core backend microservices and responsive Angular frontend applications. - Developer Self-Service Tools: Building and optimizing internal-facing self-service portals and automated bots for security configurations, compliance reports, and access requests. - Vulnerability & Scan Management: Integrating and maintaining automated scanning tools to detect, report, and remediate security vulnerabilities pre-deployment. - Advanced Debugging & Gateway Support: Developing diagnostic tools to help debug authentication/authorization issues. - Database Management: Leading database design, optimization, and writing efficient queries/stored procedures in SQL Server. - Agile Collaboration: Interacting closely with other engineering teams and customers to map out data flows and external interfaces. - Documentation: Authoring technical blueprints, system design architecture, and test dossiers. Your technical skills and qualifications should include expertise in the following areas: - Core Technical Stack: Backend (Microsoft .NET Core / .NET 8+, ASP.NET Web API, C#, Microservices Architecture), Frontend (Angular v14+, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3), Database (MS SQL Server 2016+, Advanced SQL, Database Design & Performance Tuning), Security & Auth (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Mutual TLS, Access Control). - IAM Self-Service, Scanning & Debugging Stack: Security Scanning (SAST/DAST), Debugging & Observability, DevOps / CI/CD, Secure Coding Practices, Design Principles, and Design Patterns. - Preferred Professional Certifications: Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Certified Scrum Developer, Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional. - Soft Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor of Technology / Bachelor of Engineering, Agile mindset, excellent communication skills, flexibility for business travel.
