Exp: 7-10 Years Skills : IBM DOORS, DXL scripting(Mandatory) Notice Period: Immediate - 30 days Location: Bangalore Role & responsibilities - Drive SAFe Agile: Lead backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, and PI Planning alongside Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and System Architects. - Bridge Users & Tech: Translate complex engineering needs into actionable EPICs, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria for dev teams. - Manage DOORS Ecosystem: Leverage your hands-on expertise in IBM DOORS (v9 or NG) to streamline module structures, baselines, traceability, and DXL/OSLC integrations. - Shape Data & Architecture: Ensure semantic consistency and seamless data flows across PLM, ALM, and MBSE platforms. - Lead Stakeholders: Align engineers, program managers, and certification bodies with a consultative, diplomatic, and assertive communication style. - Core Competencies: Secure PO experience, IBM DOORS technical proficiency, Systems Thinking, and Agile delivery. - Data & Tech Awareness: Understanding of data models, API integrations, software architecture, and technical debt management. - Preferred Extras: Aerospace/complex domain experience, DXL scripting, ReqIF/OSLC exposure, or change management skills.
