Robotics Computer Vision (Bengaluru)

Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms encompassing image classification, object detection, semantic segmentation, tracking, and pose estimation using both conventional and deep learning methodologies. - Create efficient and real-time convolutional neural network (CNN) models. - Utilize deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Caffe, Pytorch for AI model development and OpenCV, eigen,LAPACK, GMTL for the image processing. - Engage in rapid prototyping using Python, coupled with coding and debugging skills in C++. - Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective collaboration and clear communication of technical concepts to management and team members. Qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of experience in computer vision algorithm development. - Solid foundation in image processing, neural networks, CNNs, and vision transformer architectures. - Expertise in the entire deep learning lifecycle, including data preparation, model engineering, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. - Experience in developing algorithms for 2D/3D sensors. - Proficiency with Deep Learning libraries and algorithms (TensorFlow & Keras, PyTorch, FastAI, U-Net, YOLO >= 5, Mask-R CNN, SAM). - Experience with AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS), CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes. - Experience in model quantization, pruning, and knowledge distillation is beneficial. - Experience with TensorRT, Deepstream, OpenVino, and TRITON is a plus. - Understanding of sensor interfaces and calibration techniques is advantageous. - Knowledge of Kalman filters, particle filters, clustering techniques is a plus.
