Technical Lead - Software Development

Role Overview: As a Technical Lead at Airbus India in Bangalore, you will be a key member of the Software Development team within the Digital department, specifically focusing on the Skywise Software Factory domain. Your role will involve developing, implementing, and leading data transformation and exposition through APIs using C#, SQL, and AWS managed services. Additionally, you will be responsible for profiling and enhancing application performance, troubleshooting code when necessary, and supporting various aspects of software development within a squad. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development team technically, covering all aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC) including coding, debugging, and testing - Conduct code reviews for team members, provide feedback, and suggest improvements - Collaborate with Solution Architects to determine the best design choices for software implementation - Own the code developed by your team and ensure quality delivery - Participate in estimating stories, reviewing test cases, and supporting the implementation of features according to designs and specifications - Actively contribute to squad activities and support continual improvement initiatives - Support stakeholder management and act as a go-to person for resolving critical issues - Participate in the tech lead community of practice to drive quality mindset within the teams - Be willing to travel for business in Europe as needed Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, information technology, or a related discipline with 11 to 15 years of experience - Strong experience in data transformation, data exposition (API) technologies, and agile methodologies - Proficiency in C#, SQL, AWS managed services, and containers - Experience in agile development, supporting critical applications, and troubleshooting large code bases - Nice to have skills include Typescript, HTML, CSS, and advanced level of English proficiency Additional Company Details: Airbus India Private Limited is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment.
