Ltd ( https://www.airpay.technology/) Location: Mumbai/Navi Mumbai Job Summary: As a Project Specialist at, you will play a pivotal role in sculpting the engineering landscape and architecting the lending platform tailored for both B2B and B2C segments. Your mission involves converting product visions into actionable technical strategies, closely collaborating with the development team to ensure their successful execution. This role demands a passionate individual keen on guiding engineering practices and nurturing product evolution. Key Responsibilities: • Craft and oversee the implementation of high-level technical designs that cater to product requirements. • Guide development using expert-level knowledge of Core PHP, JavaScript, and LAMP stack technologies (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP). • Apply strong OOAD principles to ensure scalable and robust architectural frameworks. • Design and optimize databases using MySQL and MongoDB. • Lead adoption of development methodologies including AGILE and Waterfall. • Manage product versions, documentation, and enforce high development standards. • Collaborate with product management and design teams for successful delivery. • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices. • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across applications. • Perform bug fixes, minor enhancements, and optimization tasks. • Monitor application performance, logs, and error reports. • Ensure high system uptime and quick turnaround for incidents.

Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or similar roles. • Strong hands-on experience with LAMP stack-based enterprise applications. • Extensive programming experience in PHP, JavaScript, C/C++, and object-oriented design. • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional and remote teams. • Proficiency in HTML/CSS with strong UX understanding.
