Reimagine Whats Possible We have an immediate opening for a Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer - Governance. This position is located in Pune, India. What youll do: Participate in the implementation & support of global identity lifecycle management process and services to manage human, non-human, and agentic identities.Promote sound identity hygiene practices across systems to prevent access misuse and reduce risk. Plan, coordinate, and execute SOX and other regulatory controls to ensure identity compliance.Execute end-to-end access certification campaigns, ensuring timely access updates and evidence integrity.Manage timely identity onboarding\offboarding processes by ensuring least privilege authorization and access.Develop reporting and outcome-driven metrics for IAM/IGA; including identifying KRIs, creating tracking mechanisms, and ensuring actions are taken as appropriate to drive results. Ensure corporate policies, procedures, and knowledge articles are current and accurate.
