About the role
Key Deliverables: Design and implement scalable DevOps strategies including CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and system orchestration. Lead the ideation, presentation, and rollout of tailored DevOps solutions aligned with business goals. Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and scripting languages like Python, Shell, or Perl. Oversee version control systems, branching strategies, and continuous integration setup. Implement and monitor logging and validation tools for successful deployments across environments. Role Responsibilities: Collaborate across teams to gather requirements and enhance DevOps processes. Manage global deployments, ensuring system scalability and efficiency. Guide teams on deployment issues and ensure resolution through technical leadership. Drive innovation via POCs and adoption of modern DevOps technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, ELK, Prometheus, RabbitMQ, Kafka). Maintain code quality standards through tools like SonarQube and support automation testing frameworks including Selenium and JMeter. Utilize project management and quality analysis tools like JIRA for tracking and reporting.
