Engineer- Audit & Acceptance Testing

Key Deliverables: Conduct audits to evaluate implementation and adherence to defined processes across functional teams and circles. Identify process gaps and recommend actionable improvements. Review and publish audit findings, including root cause analysis and action plans for non-conformities. Ensure 100% acceptance testing for new network deployments within SLA. Authorize work completion documents and maintain complete audit records and reports. Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with functional leads to implement corrective and preventive actions. Support performance improvement initiatives and drive quality projects at the circle level. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across locations. Monitor fiber and FTTx network compliance and ensure adherence to NLD/OSP quality standards.
