Lead- Wireline Assurance

Key Deliverables: Lead end-to-end Wireline Assurance operations for both ISP and OSP, including FTTH implementation and network performance optimization. Ensure achievement of Wireline KPIs to maintain high service reliability and operational efficiency. Enforce compliance with audit standards through regular monitoring and documentation. Resolve customer escalations promptly while upholding high service quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute network rollouts and upgrades seamlessly. Role Responsibilities: Guide and support field teams, ensuring SLA adherence and providing technical assistance. Troubleshoot and optimize network issues using advanced IP networking skills including MPLS, CCNA, and CCNP expertise. Conduct periodic network performance reviews and lead initiatives for continuous improvement. Develop and implement strategies to enhance FTTH coverage and service delivery. Foster a customer-first approach while managing technical operations in a high-pressure telecom environment.
