About the role
Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot PAC file and URL access issues related to ZIA/ZPA. Lead Zscaler migration and implement ZPA/ZIA solutions. Configure and manage security policies (URL filtering, SSL inspection, sandboxing). Resolve network connectivity and performance issues using Zscaler tools. Collaborate on secure cloud infrastructure design using ZTNA principles. Core Competencies: Strong experience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) implementation and operations. Deep understanding of network security fundamentals. Hands-on skills in troubleshooting and configuring secure cloud environments. Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Self-directed with strong problem-solving and resolution capabilities.
