About the role
Aivar Innovations is building the next generation of enterprise AI accelerators Convogent (Conversational AI), Velogent (Workflow Automation), and Kubogent (Agentic Orchestration). These platforms are deployed at scale for enterprise customers and are at the forefront of applied agentic AI. We are looking for a Product Manager who will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution across all three accelerators. This is a founding PM role you will be the single product mind that connects our CEO, customers, and engineering teams. You will shape what gets built, why it gets built, and how it gets shipped. This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who has shipped AI or agentic platforms before, thinks in systems, and is excited by the challenge of product-managing platforms that are themselves building AI agents. What You Will Own Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and own the product roadmap across all three accelerators Convogent, Velogent, and Kubogent. Translate business goals and customer needs into a coherent, prioritised roadmap that aligns across platforms. Drive quarterly and annual planning with transparent north-star metrics and milestone milestones for each accelerator. Identify opportunities to unify or modularise platform capabilities across the accelerator portfolio. Customer & Stakeholder Interface Act as the primary product interface for enterprise customers own product discovery conversations, gather deep requirements, and close the loop on delivered value. Work directly with the CEO to align product direction with Aivar's growth and commercial strategy. Partner with the Sales and Solutions team to build product positioning and go-to-market narratives for each accelerator. Run structured Voice of Customer (VoC) programmes user interviews, feedback synthesis, and win/loss analysis.
