Senior QA Manual Engineer

Role: Senior Manual Engineer Experience: 5+ to 7 years Work Mode: Remote (US Client) Time: General Shift (Flexible) Job Description Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manual QA Engineer with a strong focus on manual testing expertise and a good exposure in automation as well. The ideal candidate will have experience working in complex business domains, contributing to high-quality software delivery through modern testing practices and tools. Key requirements Proven experience as a senior manual engineer Strong product/domain knowledge and understanding with ability to explain workflows, business processes, and project functionality clearly. Primarily manual QA, but with automation exposure. Ability to work with complex business domains. Experience implementing Al-powered testing tools and methodologies within the SDLC Self-motivated, individual contributor, and a good team player as well. Good experience in mentoring / leading a team of qa's. Strong communication and detailed answering capability. Nice to have Experience with Xray. Experience working on HCM products.
